SUMMER bodies were made during WINTER.
然後夏天再加強一下就好🤟🏾😛

Back’s day
一個月沒進健身房了
這當中
一個禮拜練三天武術
假日爬爬山
偶爾到公園跟 #衝山口組 的大夥兒一起練
體力明顯的變好
然而做 #pullups 時明顯的吃力
(一個月沒認真練了)
每一項運動運用的肌群不同
身體很誠實

慢慢調整自己的步調💪🏻
